The Port Phillip Council has become notorious for really bad 'community' decisions, no proper follow up and not even being vaguely up to date about what goes on WITH their more than just tacit approval. Try investigating Paula's Fairy Park in Port Melbourne for a really shocking story of absolute mendacity.
