🐐Those of you not in Frankston may scratch your heads at this one but stick with me. A local hero and the true GOAT of Frankston has died: Victor the goat. Why am I writing about a goat passing? Because Victor was no ordinary goat. He was a mainstay of the community after ‘inheriting’ a plot of land. A property on Cliff Road burned down years ago, killing the goat’s owner and wasn’t rebuilt. But Victor remained and lived there becoming a local legend as he would stick his head out a gap in the fence and gawp at passers-by. - Victor The Goat (Facebook)

🌊Let’s talk about jet-skis. Current marine laws dictate jet-skis must operate at least 200 metres out from the shoreline, and while travelling through the 200-metre zone they must slow to five knots. But there have been increasing complaints from beachgoers this isn’t happening.
