G’day and welcome back to The Melbourne Snap. Here’s Thursday’s edition.

☔ Never mind “four seasons in one day”. At times yesterday, it felt like it was monsoon season as Melbourne and most of the state were hit with sporadic, but heavy rain showers.
➡️ Parts of inner Melbourne, such as the CBD, Southbank, South Melbourne and Docklands were flooded on Wednesday as heavy rain and a king tide swept through the city, with temperatures dropping below 9° during the day.

➡️ Travel delays caused by the weather yesterday have trickled into today. At the time of writing, buses replace trains between Frankston and Stony Point and between Parliament and Glen Waverley. All tram services are fine - Public Transport Victoria
